The villa is located just 75 metres from the 18th tee at Fuerteventura's first golf course, and has fabulous views of the golf course and the sea beyond - particularly from the balcony off the main bedroom - an ideal place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and watch the world go by!

The house is well furnished to a high standard and has three bedrooms (all twins), plus a sofabed in the living room which can accommodate children.

There is a lovely open plan living/dining area with seating and crockery etc for up to 6 guests. The TV/DVD provides entertainment and there is a library of DVDs and CDs at the villa for the use of guests.

Two bathrooms. 

Towels and linen are included. The villa is cleaned on arrival and departure of guests. Additionial cleaning is available by arrangement (fee payable).

Our agent on the Island - Debbie at Homecare Fuerteventura will visit guests on arrival to ensure that all is well, and is happy to provide recommendations of places to go, restaurants, beaches etc. She can also provide highchairs, cots, baby buggies etc (by prior arrangement).
